If this is your FIRST time buying a house and have BASIC or NO IDEA were you should start DO NOT start with a BANK, I have LEARNED the hard way... just start with a "broker" and NEXT DOOR LENDING have this guy name DARRICK that is 10/10. He was on top of it, super efficient, and very easy to understand on every explanation. If I have to judge Next Door Lending because of him I would say they are AMAZING. Thanks Darrick!!!
