I almost didn’t answer the phone…..I’m so glad I did!! I had already started a re-fi with my bank, but the moment I started speaking with George, I had a good feeling about switching to Next Door Lending. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help me find a better solution to my re-fi needs. First of all, it was a Sunday when he called, and banks are always closed on weekends and holidays, but not this company. It seems like they work around the clock. That is important to me because I am very busy during the weekday with work and endless errands. Secondly, I was offered a quicker closing date, which I initially desired. Lastly, I’m not so technically inclined, but George stayed on the phone with me and was very patient while I located all my documents and downloaded everything I needed to the portal. The entire Next Door Lending team was so easy to work with and the process was amazingly smooth and fast. I am highly satisfied with the outcome and excellent customer experience!!
